A high-energy fundraiser where participants punch and kick for a purpose. Students gather pledges and test their endurance while helping fund programs that support at-risk youth and families through MMA and mentorship.

A relaxed, family-friendly gathering for our MMAYO community. Enjoy food, games, connection, and time outdoors as we celebrate unity, relationships, and the families who make our dojo feel like home.
May – Mental Health Awareness Month
Throughout May, MMAYO shines a light on mental health, resilience, and emotional well-being. Through conversations, education, and community support, we promote strength from the inside out—for kids, teens, and adults alike.
May 4–5 – Cinco de Mayo Taco Night
